Basic Job Description

  • Managing Multi Customer Warehouse of 100,000 sq ft +
  • Implement & Maintain Lean & Six Sigma Concepts
  • Motivate Teams & Ensure KRAs and KPIs are met
  • Supplier and Customer Management
  • Evaluate new revenue maximisation and cost optimisation


  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in management.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • 3S – certification course (preferred)
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote
    products and services.
  • Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
    competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
